Prices
All prices include VAT at 20%. Prices exclude installation and delivery fees unless stated.
Discount Codes & Promotions
SJ CONCEPTS may withdraw or amend promotions at any time.

VAT
VAT is charged at 20% in the UK. International customers have VAT removed at checkout.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, PayPal, Payment Assist, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Collection.
Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel within 14 days of receiving goods unless they are special-order items.

Dispatch & Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm for stocked items are usually dispatched the same day.

Stock Availability
Our website does not display live stock levels.

Returns Procedure
Contact us for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving returned goods.

Incorrect or Faulty Orders
Must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Warranty
All audio and security products and installations carry a 12 month warranty (conditions apply).

Workshop Services
Vehicles are stored securely, but personal belongings are left at your own risk.

Ownership of Goods
Goods remain the property of SJ CONCEPTS until fully paid for.

Vehicle Security Products
Some systems require installation by approved technicians for warranty and insurance compliance.

Overseas Orders
International orders may incur import duties which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Additional Terms
Special order items are non returnable unless faulty.
