Shipping Policy

Do we ship abroad?
Yes, we do! SJ CONCEPTS ships car audio and vehicle security products worldwide.

International
postage costs can vary, especially for large or bulky items such as subwoofers, amplifiers, speakers, or
security systems. We use trusted couriers such as DHL and UPS for overseas deliveries, offering full
tracking and fast transit times (typically 72 hours to most European destinations when items are in stock).
We currently do not ship to: Israel, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Russia, Nigeria, Macedonia, Syria,
Ukraine, and Lebanon.

Why can bulky item shipping be expensive?
We only use reputable couriers to ensure reliability and safe delivery. While small items are inexpensive to
ship, larger or heavier products require additional packaging and incur higher costs. Import duties,
customs fees, and taxes may apply for deliveries outside the UK and are not covered by SJ CONCEPTS.

Customs & Duty Charges
For customers outside the UK, the 20% VAT is automatically removed at checkout. Your local customs
authority may apply import VAT or duties before delivery. If unsure, please check with your customs office
before ordering.

Product Availability
Not all products shown on the website are guaranteed to be in stock. If you require an item urgently,
please contact us to confirm availability before ordering.

Placing an Order
UK Customers: Orders can be placed online or by contacting us at 01633 276682 or

Returns Procedure
You must inform SJ CONCEPTS of any items you wish to return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Once
approved, a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) will be issued. Returns Address:

Include a copy of your invoice and your RAN. Items returned without an RAN will not be processed.

Important Notes
• Items that have been used, fitted, wired, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
• SJ CONCEPTS will not pay VAT, customs fees, or import duties on returns.
• RANs are valid for 1 month; after this time, a new request is required.

If your order was supplied correctly
• Within 14 days: Full refund (excluding return shipping).
• After 14 days: 20% handling fee; shipping not refunded.
• After 28 days: Returns not accepted.

If your order was supplied incorrectly
• Within 28 days: Full refund including original and return shipping.
• Items must be in resaleable condition.

Drop Shipping
Some orders may be shipped directly from UK suppliers. You will still pay the agreed price and receive full
tracking.

Delivery Signatures
All courier deliveries require a signature. Ensure someone is available to receive the package.
