Formed in 1961 Brembo brakes is an Italian manufacture of braking systems for high performance vehicles, both on the road and on the race track. They value themselves on providing comfort, design and performance, making Brembo braking systems the most respected braking systems and components in the world.
Brembo started making brake discs for cars in 1964 and then braking systems for motorcycles in 1972. In 1975 Brembo ventured into the world of Formula One, designing and supplying braking systems for the Ferrari F1 Team. In 1995 Brembo was listed on the Milan stock exchange – and continued their international growth. They now have operations in three continents and production of Brembo brakes takes place in 16 countries, with Brembo distributed in over 70 countries worldwide.
